Microgreen Mix

A mildly zesty blend of Broccoli, Kale, Cabbage, and Radish. Upgrade your taco toppings and salads with this powerhouse addition.


Flavor & Preparation

Microgreens have a pleasant, well-rounded flavor with a mild amount of zest (less than the mature versions of these varieties, but sufficient to make them more than just a garnish!). Our mix is known for it’s balance and vibrant taste, achieved by mixing four microgreens together.

Microgreens can be eaten as-is and are best enjoyed fresh. Their signature texture—crispy without being watery—adds interest to any dish. Traditionally used as a garnish, they are also delicious as a stand-alone salad. We love them mixed with a ginger dressing and find their flavor holds up well against such strong accompaniments.

Try mixing them into your scrambled eggs for added flavor (recipe below), or incorporate in wraps and tacos to add a little crunch and zing.
