Carrots

It’s time to reevaluate the humble carrot. We grow a sweet and tender variety that deserves to be the star of your dinner table.

Flavor & Preparation

Our carrots have a mild flavor and crunch when eaten raw, without any of the bitterness found in common grocery store varieties. Their flavor develops into a well-rounded sweetness with tender texture when cooked.

There’s a reason carrots are a common staple — they add a richness to cooked dishes and are a satisfying, crunchy raw snack. In addition to classic recipes, try adding finely grated carrots to sauces for added sweetness (our favorite is tomato pasta sauce), or pickling spears for a sweet and tangy snack.

Health Benefits

  • Carrots are best known for containing beta carotene, lycopene, and silicon, all of which support eye and skin health.

  • High fiber content supports healthy digestion
